Jeff Reid

Vice President/Co-Founder

Jeff Reid is the founder of Wudang Santa Cruz in California and author of Leaving the Mountains: A Daoist Journey from Obscurity to Modernity, which presents a cohesive genealogical account of the Wudang Sanfeng Lineage. His work focuses on translating Daoist martial and alchemical practice into a contemporary context through teaching, writing, and public talks, bridging traditional cultivation with modern life.
